This scholarship has been established to honor the memory of Michael J. Latta and support Emergency Medical Services by finding intelligent, hardworking, and dedicated individuals who have the energy and enthusiasm for their work as well as a drive for continuing their education as Michael did.

Scholarships are available for students wishing to attain their Paramedic degree.
